Since 2013, NCCA has been providing grants for, "Cinemaralita: A FilmFestival about the Philippine Urban Poor," a project of UPRCP under its Education and Cultural Development Program.
Kalipunan ng Damayang Mahihirap or KADAMAY is a national alliance and a mass organization of workers groups, informal workers and associations based in urban poor communities.
UPRCP partners with KADAMAY in different projects and activities. Recently, UPRCP and KADAMAY collaborated for the theater play, "Nanay Mameng, isang dula."
SIKAD also known as Sining Kadamay is a cultural organization advocating for urban poor rights through the arts. It is based in urban poor communities.
